The facilities were very clean. This is an older building with older bathroom fixtures which I found to be charming and retro. The rooms have a small microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. There is a convenience store close for late night snacks and munchies. We stay in LaGrande often to visit family and Rodeway Inn has far exceeded any of the other lodging in LaGrande. The price is the best we have found. We have paid twice as much for poor lodging down the road. This location is walking distance to shops and restaurants in quaint downtown LaGrande. We will be staying at Rodeway Inn from now on.

The convenience of the quiet location, friendly staff and price actually helped us decide to stay an extra two nights. The only draw back was the parking lines in the lot but it all seemed to work out.

It's a good value for an overnight stay. It's in an older section of town (small) that's near some great restaurants, micro breweries, and soda shops. Gives you a better feel for the town of La Grande rather than the "shiny Wall Mart and Corporate Hotels" on the other side of the freeway. I've stayed here a couple times. The owner/staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I didn't eat breakfast as I went to a local restaurant. I liked the staff. The room was clean. The manager accepted me very late at night as I was traveling a long distance overnight. That was kind of her. I loved the location. A nearby restaurant I went to for breakfast was VERY nice with murals on the walls and an antelope horn chandler. I can't remember what the name was of the restaurant however it was recommended by the manager. I got in and took a bath to relax. The tub was an awesome violet pink color and the manager said some people say it should be upgraded to white. However it was very deep, very clean. The room was very quiet. I loved my stay!

Great little hotel close to restaurants and shopping. Also near hiking at Mount Emily and playground at Riverside Park.

Pet friendly room that didn’t smell like pets. Clean facilities, quiet, friendly staff. I’d absolutely stop here again on my way through the area!

The staff/owner was extremely friendly and helped with some things to do in the area. We were traveling in an electric car, and they had ample 120V plugs available for charging.
